Hathway sucks big time

If you want experience the worst service in the history of man kind then get a hatway connection. It takes just two hours for the Hathway executive to reach your place from the time you contct their call centre to get a connection, after that once they take the money no one picks up the call, then after a week the lay the cable and again no one picks the call for the next three to four weeks. Then after a month you get a modem and the net get connected. The speed is worst than the movement of a mutilated Tortoise with one leg.Then the connection get disconnected in a week, you call up the customer service, it takes an hour to reach the customer service call, they pick up and say that it will be solved, it takes another one week, by the time the bill comes. HATHWAY SUCKS BIG TIME...........IT REALLY SUCKSSSS

i've been using hathway in my house for the past two years.. i haven't faced any of the problems you mentioned. and customer care is not that bad. i don't face problems and even in those rare cases they were solved soon enough. :-)

till now the modem has not been installed, i have stopped calling the nos, i am just waiting to see how far it goes, how many days. I have decided that when the come to install the modem now, i am going cancel the connection

Send an email TO CORPORATE... One thing is for sure... Writing a rant on a blog is not going to solve the problem... It will warn others, but, pick up the phone and complain to the required people. Something will happen. Find out the phone of the Hathaway head of the region and leave a complaint. DO SOMETHING!

Thnaks charlie, what you said is correct. But i really got fed up with such a rotten service Hathway is has.
The reason and the ultimate aim of my post is to warn people about Hathway and tell them how bad their service is so that people will think twice before they really get into a frustration that i got in.
By the way, i don know what happened, two days back a new guy from hathway called me enquireed my address and came down and saw that the modem was not installed, then he told me that he will come down to install, i happily told him to cancell my connection and give back the money, he gave a producer on how to cancell it. Now i know that its going to be another adventure of me to get back the money....i showed all my frustartion to the guy by talking to him for some 20 mins how what all i went through and stuff ... but i realised that its of no use.... Now my next adventure starts
