splitvilla on mtv - a review, it sucks big time, mtv splitsville - a review ,it sucks

SPLITVILLA ,the most stupiduous, yukkkkk tv shows i have ever seeen.

There is this reality show called SPLITVILLA thats going on on MTV.
concept of the program: there there these two most idiotic sad asaholic guys in the world who are to be impressed by a bunch of so called modern women who have been insulting them selves .

The concept of the program is that there are couple of gals who try to impress two idiotic guys and fall in love.

Review: bluntly it sucks big time.
This program is a big insult to women....iTS the most disgusting and the insulting program on tv to insult women.
I have no idea how this has caught up so much of viewership and have no idea how the so called social protectors or the government bodies or any of the parents of the women who participate in the program allow such things to happen.

Hancock , i loved it , a review

I cannot technically call this a review because it will be totally biased on , the reason being
1.Im a big fan of will smith
2.Im a big and blind fan of super hero movies.
There are certain things i liked about the film.
Usually when i use to watch the films when i was a kid i alwasy use to wonder that when in films ,when a hero goes to save some one ,especially when there is a chase sequence on road , he would be destroying a lot things on the way but in the end he saves the herioen and gets parised by people.
But this is one of the very few films which has addressed this issue of the sabotage these heroes cause to show their powers.
The film had a amazing special effect , especially when ever Will picks up and trows things , that was cool.
In general its not a great film or a great story but it was cool to watch .
Storywise i liked one thing about the film was ,that there were no big villians or some villans with equal power, but most of the people din like ,because its away from usual, instead they had placed the female lead role to take care of that equality factor.
The story patternwise it was not a right commercial, they should have placed some hero eyal to him , but i liked the whole pattern ,may be its because im a fan :)

it was fun watching our parlimentry session...but feel like a shit underneth

i don know weather to feel proud, good, happy, bad, sad or ashamed to say that the parlimentry session on 22/7/08 was fun to watch. This is the first time in all my life i turned on the loksabha channel and sat and watched the whole session yesterday.
What to say .
1.The session was worst than a U.K.G Class room for children who have irresponsible parents ,who have never taught them how to behave in life.
2.It was better than a india vs pak test match.
3.It was exciting than Guy Ritchie film , so much of twist and turns , the un edited version of the parlimentry session by itself was so exciting.so many turning points ,though u know that the hero is going to win in the end you still be pulled to the edge of the seat , u fell like whats going to happen next ,who is going to do what.
4.The most interesting part of the session was when Lal0000 ji spoke and every one was laughing like sit com laugh track.
5. The other interesting part was when the bjp people pulled out the money bundles from the bag.
It was all fun and exciting to watch .......

But underneth u feel like shit that these are the people who rule the country, and we have choosen them.......

mukkonam, a offer :) as a writer

Hi guys ,
This is the first time im posting a offer for writers in English.
Coming to the point as usual.
I have decided on the first script which im going to work on, its done already.
Name of the film : Mukkonam (working title)
genere(g/jonere): "Ithu oru vityasamana kathai" ( its a very different story), coming to the point its a very simple uncomplicated ,understood basically by everyone types about normal humban beings.Only difference it will make is the kind of narrative, the characters, the background and style.
the offere now : i wanted some one to write this story as a novel ,this novel will be released along with the film.so if any of the bloggers or any one who has a good taste for writing can get in touch with me on my mail id dawoodsait@gmail.com the title and the rights as a writer and other things will be as legal as a the normal novel rights and stuff.
im planing to make this feature first in tamil then in hindi and if its a mega mega super duper and bluper hit we will make this in english toooooo
the reason being ,if we don make it ourself then some one else will take the right of inspiratin and make it in the respective languages with no no legal rights .

please do get in touch if any one interested .
my first preference is my friend Mr.Sidin :) but i have not yet spoken to mr.sidin on this .if he agrees then it will be great :)

recent experience in the tamil FILM industry

u can never call a trend good ,bad or ugly.A trend is a trend.in the recent past, may be for the past three four years the films which have become hit in tamil have a very base line : a bunch of low life guys ,with no job ,sitting on the wall types may be ( in tamil a specific word called THELLAVARI PASANGA") who are absued by parents, teachers and the parent-teacher association, get into trouble but they come up with something and the whole world praises.
Its not new its a basic three act hollywood narrative , but the point is the Thellavari characters have really come up in the market .And most of the films which have such characters who abuse their parents sort or basically use abusive language have really got good support from the audiance ........
so the point is that .... this is the in thing in the industry

why government and government aided engineering colleges

i have seen guys rushing to get the course they wanted or prefered not seeing the college.
govt or govt engineering colleges are any time better than the private institutions with just names on the top listings.
im not denyig the fact that there are instsitutions which are good.
but the ratngs which come are mostly unbeliveble.
the reason being some colleges don participate in ratings so they are completly ignored from the list . so the best way to get the rating is to from the students who are already doing their course in colleges .
any time govt and govt aided colleges are better , the reason being .
1. the facilities in terms of labs, research and resourse
2. the qualified faculties and the experience.
3. the low fee structure
4. the financial aids like scholarships .
5. placements , the preference by the companies on theses colleges over the others.

engieering results and the results after the results

i still remember the fuzz that happened after 1996-97 engineering results were announced , that was the first batch to have single window system for engineering admissions in tamilnadu . hundreds of petitions against the move and some cases asking for re val becase they had a question out of sylabus in maths and the first time when india today came out with a rating on the top engineering colleges in india.

the same thig repeats this year and the year last year.no entrace for the first time, the reason said that the rual kids will not get access to entrance coaching.
before that govt had introduced rural cota in the year 97 to help the rural kids to get access.

the point is that ,its good on the part of govt to help out rural kids but by abolishing entrance they are just questioning the inteligence of the rural students.
as far as i know equal no of rural students have entered into my bact of engineering eevne wen they had entrance.
entrance exams are a good way of sorting out proper intelligent ,the sylabus we have in +2 is nothing , the books are sad.the few hundred pages of physics, chemistry and maths ( so called pcm) can be mugged by any one in a gen period of 3 months.
and even a math problem with additional integral or diff is applied parents rush into to file a petition.
so to estimate the right intellgent entance is the right way.

inflation and global warming ,greenhouse gases, price rise and andhra

every time period has a inn thing to write about, to talk about and to blame it on to.
like earlier ramjanma bhoomi, global market,2000 the millenium bug ,reservation .ect ect..blaaa blaaa blaaa
right now the in thing to blame it on is inflation and global warming.

mom: " why did u get poor marks and got 3rd rank in class"
kid: "mom inflation "

by the way nowadays when i meet any parents with kids they say"my son/daughter is the first rank in class" i have no i idea who are those kids who take the 2nd and 3rd and 45th ranks of the class.

wife : " ajiii what happened ,u have not got any incriment this year from ur company"
husband : " global warmning, oil price, povery in andhra, the neibhour kid got 1st rank and ummmmm....... inflation"

so everything is interlinked and connected some or the other way.

last week my freind had a break up and told me the reason was global warming and inflation.
he was correct one or the other way ... i examined the situation.
it will be very funny if i tell u how its connected to global warming and inflation .... i don want you to laugh out loud lol and increase the global warming ( nigerian scientist have found out that by laughing a human can produce .23 cubic meters of methane which is sole rebonsible stuff to increase global temp and the main ingrideient of green house gases , that inturn will increae global warming and stuff)
so just sit and think how ur getting effected by global waring ot inflation ...if u have some interestig incidents on how u got effected by the both please do post

film making , a sin in the eyes of stupituous eyless eyes

its been a great joyful ride.suddenly its strikes,it hits u and u wake up.its all over they say.u have been having fun in persuving ur dream , we don like it,its a sin by religion, art is not a job, earn money like others by going to office(filed with similar people who have killed their dreams sitting and shouting and killng others dreams to solve their frustartion).
ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
its it not a job , is it not socially important like other things .art forms have actually enlighted more people than great mahaveer so just turn back the pages of history ,if ur weak in history.

tamil font download ,usage and problem

i have been searching the right site to download good tamil fonts, but there are very few sites which provide the right fonts. The problem with regional fonts is that each author has his own keying when they design the fonts so its pritty difficult to use them.

company placements ,getting married , a season

i still remember the first four days of the placement season during 2000-2001 REC Trichy(NIT Trichy).Huge no of people from each dept wearing those new ties, white shirt and black pants ,with no matching tie or the one half white mappilai coloured shirt with a dark pants going around the campus with folders of their dept with two to three page resumes filled with things :) that was cool thing to do .
From each dept only few people never got the chance to attened the interview rest all atleast atteneded the interview clearing the first round with the papers imported through Daya anna:)
Coming to the point , it was a prestige issue at that point of time to attend atleast one interview in that month so that u can retain ur degnity and say that ,"IM waiting for the tech companies".Every one wanted to get placed somehow or the other in the first few companies that included me too :) as things moved well i and my friends did got placed in the first tech company on campus :) .We saved ourselves from the failure of the dignity of the not gettng the placed the...
No one knew why they wanted to get placed especially me..i left the company in exactly 10 months , that was the worth of that dignity saving excirsie ,and some others left in 9 months , few more guys left in 11 months,12 months some got thrown out of the company in 2 months,1 week,2 days,4 hours,5 mins and 54 seconds. Some stayed back in the same company till date which is 7 years .....brave people.
Similarly..........
So don rush up wait for the right company........

zeroth age on my 30th birthday

thirty odd years of a human life form.
most of my friends would have crossed this ,im crossing it today .its been nice, funny, good, bad, ugly,
serious, lighter and thicker.when i look back into it ,i have a lot to appretiate and talk loud and say i have grown old,
but on the other hand wen i look back into the history of this universe,30 years is something like 1/nth =0.000000000000000000000001=0(mathamatically)
my life time is just 0th of the life time of the universe and that makes me feel happy and lighter about the whole thing.
lets have a celebration on my 0th age :) cheers

30=1/1000000000000000000000000000000000000=1/n=0.0000000000000000000000000000000000001=0
therefore L.H.S =R.H.S
THUS PROVED :)
